About Our Founders

Chris Chamberlain is an accomplished attorney and the Chief Executive Officer of Ancient City Title, where he leads a dedicated team in providing premier title and real estate services in Jacksonville, Florida. With over a decade of legal experience, Chris has built a reputation for delivering strategic counsel and exceptional client service.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Chris was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2014. He is actively involved in multiple Florida Bar sections, including Elder Law, Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law, and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law. 

His career includes serving as Senior Associate at The Post Law Firm, P.A. and as an Attorney at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., where he developed extensive experience in litigation, real estate law, and business transactions. In addition, Chris served as Claims Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Fidelity National Financial, where he managed complex title insurance matters, litigation, and claims resolution on a national scale.

As Managing Partner of Ancient City Title, he is committed to ensuring seamless real estate transactions and providing expert legal guidance to clients. Chris maintains a strong presence in the legal and real estate communities. His dedication to integrity, professionalism, and client success makes him a trusted resource for individuals and businesses navigating complex legal matters.

Andy Lieberman is the President of  Ancient City Title, a premier title company serving clients throughout Florida. With over 15 years of legal and real estate experience, Andrew brings a deep understanding of title insurance, underwriting, and claims resolution, ensuring smooth and secure real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Before founding Ancient City Title, Andrew served as Claims Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Fidelity National Financial, where he navigated intricate title insurance matters across the country. His expertise includes policy structures, underwriting, curative strategies, and litigation management, making him a trusted authority in the title and real estate industry.

Andrew began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender, gaining valuable courtroom experience handling criminal cases, jury trials, and litigation strategies. His extensive legal background enables him to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions with precision and confidence.

Based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Andrew is committed to providing exceptional service, legal expertise, and risk mitigation for every real estate transaction.
